Our Flagship Irish whiskey and our attempt to create the most interesting Blended Irish whiskey. This small batch bottling consists of hand selected casks which are given further maturation in ex-rum barrels imparting extra character and smooth flavour unique to Irish whiskey. Nose: An inviting nose where vanilla and spice dances with bright sweet notes of Rum. Taste: While being very approachable the influence of the rum cask and higher percentage alcohol creates a unique smooth, sweet, slightly woody marriage that sparkles on the tongue. Finish: Slightly moorish, sweet spice finish complimented by woody undertones.
Cakebread Reserve Chardonnay 2004Our 2004 Napa Valley Reserve Chardonnay opens with toasty, buttery scents from barrel and malolactic fermentation. As the wine airs, lovely fresh pear, Fuji apple and ripe melon scents emerge, with subtle mineral tones adding intrigue. Lushly textured, with a silky viscosity, the creamy palate offers layered pear, apple and melon fruit flavors enriched by toasty oak tones and a hint of baked bread in the wine's long, luxurious finish. Wonderfully concentrated and beautifully balanced, this superb Napa Valley Chardonnay will continue developing in the bottle for another 5-8 years.

Laws Four Grain Straight Bourbon WhiskeyA four grain Bourbon must follow all the rules of a Bourbon, but it contains all three typical flavor grains that accentuate the corn base: barley, wheat and rye. To achieve such an uncommon expression of bourbon takes skill. These four "American mother grains" are painstakingly combined in exacting ratio in our cooker coming together to create a highly complex and flavorful whiskey. The results showcase the flavor of each grain without compromising balance. We slowly distill our four grain sour mash to coax out the delicate spirit. Whiskey with this level of character can only be made by hand. Again, no shortcuts. Yes, Four Grain Straight Bourbon is a more difficult whiskey to make, but it is well worth it.
