Colour: Golden amber. Body: Full bodied and complex. Nose: Gentle coffee cream and freshly sliced vanilla pods, builds into sweet mint with notes of old hay, a background of beach bonfire and then freshly sanded wood. Palate: A sweet vanilla dryness that develops into a creamy, oily mouth feel with bitter liquorice root and a throat full of smoke. Finish: A long, creamy smoky finish.
