Brewed from 100% self-produced all natural Shizenmai rice, cultivated without the use of pesticides or chemical fertilizers, similar in tenet to that of biodynamic or natural wine production.
Tasting Notes: Crisp and tangy fruits characterize the aromas with starfruit, white melon and lemon zest. In the mouth it is vibrant and gentle with a core of vaguely sweet honeysuckle followed by earthy melon and light green moss. Light and refreshing.
